Peach Pie Recipe


For the Pie Dough:

-3.5 cups flour
-1.5 glasses of milk
-1 egg
-1 packet of vanilla
-150 grams of butter
-1 cup of powdered sugar
-1/2 cup corn starch

For the Peach Filling:

-5 peaches
-1 glass of sugar
-1/2 cup of water
-1/2 lemon juice

How to Make Peach Filled Pie Recipe?

For the Peach Filling:

Peel the peaches and cut them into cubes.
Boil in a deep saucepan with sugar and water.

Set the oven to 165 degrees.
Divide the resting dough into two equal parts and roll out between two wax paper.
