Orange Tart



For cake:
-2 eggs
-1 tea cup of sugar
-1 tea cup of milk
-Half of tea cup with water
-Half a cup of tea oil
-3 cups of flour
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 packet of vanilla

For sauce:
-2 tea glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice
-Half a cup of sugar
-2 teaspoons of starch

For ornaments:
-White chocolate sauce
-1 teaspoon of pistachio powder


Beat 2 eggs and 1 cup of sugar thoroughly.
Then add milk, half a glass of water and oil, then add 3 cups of flour and add baking powder and vanilla whisk.
Pour these ingredients into the greased tart mold and bake at 175 ° for 20 minutes.
Remove the baked cake from the oven and allow to cool on a tray.
2 cups of orange sauce on top of freshly squeezed orange juice, add half a cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of starch until the consistency is cooked.
You can add the orange sauce on the tart and serve.
As a decoration, you can pattern with white chocolate sauce in ready-made boxes. You can also shape your edges with Pistachio powder.
