  • 12 tablespoons of hard butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour

Adding a pinch of salt to each dessert will make the taste of the dessert more distinctive. Adding the eggs one by one will make it a thicker sauce.


How to Make Lemon Tart Recipe?

Pass all the dough ingredients through the robot. Then, knead it by hand for 1 minute and stretch it and rest for half an hour in the fridge.

Before the cooking process, preheat the oven at 180 degrees and heat it well.

Take the dough out of the cupboard and roll it out immediately with the roller (dough loosens with the warmth of your hand) or put the dough in the center of the tart mold and start spreading it with your hand upwards from the edges (take care that the mold takes the jagged edge shapes).

Make holes in the dough with a fork and put greaseproof paper on top and pour the dried beans so that the dough does not rise.

Put the tart you have prepared in the hot oven and cook for 20 minutes, then take the beans and cook for another 20 minutes and take them out and let them cool.

Before taking the pot on the stove, put all the lemon sauce ingredients (except eggs) into the pot and whisk them well with a wire whisk.

Add the eggs one by one and continue whisking until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Then cook the lemon sauce on low heat until it gets a thick consistency.

After cooking, cover the bottom and mouth and let it cool. Pour the chilled sauce on the tarta and put it in the fridge.
