Apple Pie Recipe
Materials
For the dough:
-4 glasses of flour
-125 grams of butter (kept at room temperature)
-1/2 tea glass heat oil
-1 tea glass of milk
-1 coffee cup granulated sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 pack of baking powder
-1 packet of vanilla
For apple puree:
-5 grated apples
-1 glass of granulated sugar
-3 tablespoons (wipe) cinnamon
How to Make Apple Pie Recipe?
Grate the apples in a deep bowl, add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
Put it on hold.
Thoroughly mix the eggs, butter, sugar, oil and milk.
Start kneading by gradually adding the flour mixed with vanilla and baking powder to the mixture.
When your dough reaches the consistency of the earlobe, cover it and take it to rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
After your dough has rested, separate a little less than half of the dough.
Open the large piece either by hand or by using a roller.
Spread it on the pie mold.
Pour the apple paste you left to rest on the dough.
Open the small piece of dough that you previously separated on the apple mortar with a roller and cut strips for the pie.
Arrange the strips you cut on the apple mortar in a cage.
Bake the apple pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
When your pie cools, you can serve it by sprinkling powdered sugar on it.
