How to Make Tray Pastry with Soda?
Take one of the doughs and lay them on a lightly greased round tray, hanging from the edges.
In a deep bowl, mix the ingredients required for the sauce and whisk it well. Set aside 5 tablespoons of the sauce you have prepared to spread over it.
Divide the remaining 4 dough into 4 pieces per dough and get 16 pieces of dough. Dip 8 of these dough pieces into the sauce you have prepared.
For the filling, mix the cheese and finely chopped parsley.
Then sprinkle it randomly on the dough you have spread on the tray. Add the cheese mixture on it.
Dip the remaining dough in the same way and spread it randomly on the mortar. Cover the remaining dough on the side of the pastry and slice it with a sharp knife.
Brush the sauce you have set aside on the sliced pastry and then drizzle a bottle of mineral water over it.
When the pastry absorbs the mineral water, cook it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes until the top is browned.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
