Swedish Kardemummabullar (Cinnamon Pastry) Recipe Preparation
First, melt a packet of butter. After that, you are heating the milk, the temperature should be warm. Then put the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead. I open the middle of the fresh yeast flour and melt it in the middle of the milk and melted butter with my hand.
After the dough is fermented for 1 hour, I divide it into 8/9 pieces of meringue, then you need to roll it out like a dough. You shouldn’t be too thin. I put the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix and this mixture is generously! We pour. Then we pour the butter flavored oil on it and roll it up. We cut the roll as thin as two fingers, as shown in the picture. I apply the olive oil and yoghurt mixture on them because I don’t like the smell of eggs, but if you want to fry, of course, you can apply it on the egg.
We open the oven at 220 degrees. After I have finished all the gherkins, I start putting it in the oven. So after I prepare it, I keep it for at least half an hour so that it rises well without putting it in the oven. Then we put it in the oven and cook it for about 15 minutes, make sure it is browned. I also sprinkle big chunks of crystal candies to decorate.
