Sift the baking powder and flour into the mixture and mix with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the water and continue mixing.

When you get a slightly more fluid and smooth mixture than normal pancakes, cover the mixture with cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Pour into the heated oil-free pan with the help of a ladle in the desired size, cook until you begin to see large bubbles on it.
