Chocolate Orange Stick

Chocolate Orange Stick Recipe


  • 1 orange
  • Quarter cup of sugar
  • Half a glass of water
  • 1 clove
  • 80 g chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice


-Peel the orange peel and cut into strips.

-Boil for 10 min to remove bitterness. (DO THESE 3 TIMES, BEVER, REFRIGATE WITH COLD WATER EVERY TIME)

-After doing this 3 times, take the filtered orange peels into the saucepan and add sugar, cloves and water and cook until transparent.

-Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and boil for 2 more minutes.

-Place the cooked orange peels on the oven wire and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

-Dip the orange peels into the chocolate and place them on the wax paper.

-Keep your chocolates in the fridge until they freeze.
