  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 bowl of cottage cheese (for the inside)

Warm water, sugar and yeast are mixed. The yeast is expected to be activated.

Then add egg whites, yoghurt, 2 glasses of flour, salt and butter and start to knead.

A soft dough that does not stick to the hand is obtained by adding the remaining flour little by little. (The amount of flour may vary, please add carefully).

Cover and leave to ferment for 45 minutes. Then it is cut into 11-12 equal parts and rolled.

The circles are opened manually, leaving the edges thick. It is put in the middle of the cheese and folded in half.

It is pressed in the middle with the help of a rolling pin. (We do not press the thick part that is shaped like a lip).
