Apple Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 apples
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Half a glass of water
- Half teaspoon of red food coloring
- 5-6 drops of lemon
- Skewers
Method:
-Bring the sugar and water to the saucepan, simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, then add the lemon juice and food coloring.
-Boil for a further 10 minutes on low heat and dip the apple in a very thin layer.
-Let it cool down to make it crispy on the outside.
