Ingredients;
-3 eggs
-1 cup powdered sugar
-200 grams of bitter chocolate
-150 grams of butter
-1 packet of vanilla
-1/4 (quarter) teaspoon of salt
-Flour missing a finger from 1 glass of water
-2 tablespoons walnut fracture
Over;
-1 cup cherry
-1/2 (half) tea cup walnut fracture
Method;
-Melt the butter, taking care not to burn, and remove from fire. Add the chocolates and melt thoroughly with stirring.
-Take the eggs into the whisk and add them to the powder mix after briefly beating at the high speed of the mixer, whisk well until it turns white for 5-10 minutes.
-Slowly add the first mixture of chocolate butter to the egg mixture and whisk until completely mixed.
-In the last stage; Add flour, salt and vanilla, and after adding the dry ingredients, just whisk very briefly to mix and turn off the mixer. (Be absolutely careful not to whisk for a long time) Walnut fracture, adding, –
with a wooden spoon, gently mix.
-Pour the brownie dough into the baking dish (I used a small square borcam) and spread the walnuts on the knees without sprinkling the cherries. (if you use the cherries from the freezer, thaw and drain the water)
-Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and cook for about 40 minutes.
