200 grams of raw almonds or 1 cup of almond flour
1 tea glass of sugar
1 cup of chocolate chips or dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
2 tablespoons of white chocolate (cut into small pieces)
7-8 cherries (optional)
How To Make Torta Caprese?
First, put raw almonds in water for 1-2 hours.
After the waiting time, boil the almonds for 10 minutes.
Peel off the shells of the melted almonds and place them in the oven to dry for 20 minutes.
Grind the almonds from the rondo until it turns into flour.
For the cake, put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat them for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Mix the melted mixture by adding the sugar and the egg to the bowl.
Add the almonds, vanilla and half a tablespoon of baking powder and mix well.
You can also add a few drops of cherry or almond flavor to lighten the flavor.
After pouring the mixture into a baking tray, sprinkle white chocolate chips on it.
