Ingredients for Chocolate Biscotti Recipe
-Half a glass of cocoa
-3 ~ 3.5 cups flour
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-100 g butter
-Half a glass of brown sugar
-Half a glass of granulated sugar
-1 cup of finely chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
-Half a glass of coarsely chopped hazelnuts or walnuts

-100 g melted dark chocolate
-50 g white chocolate
How to Make Chocolate Biscotti?
Sift flour, baking soda, and cocoa into a deep bowl. In a separate bowl, add the butter and sugar softened at room temperature and mix well.
Add the eggs and beat them with a mixer. Add the dry ingredients and continue mixing.
Finally, add chocolate, hazelnut or walnut kernels and mix. Spread greaseproof paper on a baking tray.
Divide the biscotti dough in half and place it on the tray with your hand in the shape of a long thick stick.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and wait for the initial heat to dissipate.
Cut slices in oblique shape when warm. Put it back in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the Biscotti in chocolate and place them on an oiled paper lined tray. Get it from the fridge.
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie and decorate it by making lines on the chocolate parts with the help of a paper cone. Serve.
