Chocolate Souffle Recipe

-125 grams of dark chocolate
-125 milliliters of milk
-3 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
-2 spoonful butter
-1.5 tablespoons of flour

-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

-1 tablespoon of butter
-1 tablespoon of cocoa
-1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

Place 125 milliliters of milk in a saucepan and heat until it reaches a boiling point.
Add the chocolate in it. After the chocolate melts, remove it from the heat.
In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour and fry until the smell disappears.
After the smell of flour is gone, add it into the chocolate milk mixture and add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix continuously.
Add 3 egg yolks, mix for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
In a deep bowl, whisk 3 egg whites together with a pinch of salt until it becomes unattractive when you turn the bowl over.
Combine the cooled chocolate mixture with the foamy egg whites and mix them with a spatula.
Divide the mixture into oiled and cocoa covered soufflé dishes with a finger gap and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
As soon as you get out of the oven, sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
