  • 1 cup of roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 3-4 tablespoons of molasses
  • Half tea glass of herbal milk or water

How to Make Avocado Cream Chocolate?

  1. Blend the hazelnuts until they become creamy. However, do not neglect to stop from time to time.
  2. If you wish, add milk for easy consistency.
  3. Add other ingredients and keep running the blender until the mixture is smooth.
  4. You can increase or decrease the amount of molasses by tasting it in between.
  5. Slice the banana, raspberry or any fruit you like on the bottom of the serving bowl and pour the avocado cream on it.
  6. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve.
