Ingredients for the Sugar Free Cocostar Recipe
- 4 tablespoons of organic strained flower honey
- 150 g of coconut flour
- 5 tablespoons of coconut oil (in liquid form)
- 50 ml of coconut milk

- 150 g dark chocolate
- Coconut chips
How to Make Sugar Free Cocostar?
Mix the powdered coconut, oil and milk in a bowl until homogeneous. (If the coconut oil is solid, melt it in a double boiler)
Cut it into walnut-sized pieces, shape it with your hand as 1 finger thick and approximately 5 cm long, and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie to cover it.
