Pancake is the most delicious accompaniment to breakfast, tea times and daytime conversations. However, this time we do not use sugar in making pancakes and add honey with banana to sweeten them.


Ingredients for the Sugar Free Banana Pancake Recipe

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea glass of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

For the above

  • Honey
  • Forest fruits

How to Make a Sugar Free Banana Pancake?

Pass the oatmeal through the rondo until it has a consistency of flour. Break the egg into a large bowl and whisk it well.

In another bowl, puree the banana with a fork.

Then add the oatmeal, banana, milk, olive oil, baking soda and one or two drops of lemon juice to the bowl where you whisked the egg well.

Mix well until the ingredients are well mixed. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Finally, pour the mixture into the pan that you grease and heat with a ladle and cook both sides.

Serve with honey and decorate with forest fruits.
