Snow Balls Dessert Recipe
Materials:
-1 water glass of cream (200 ml)
-1 cup powdered sugar
-3.5 cups of coconut
-10 nuts
For the above:
-80 grams of dark chocolate
-1 tablespoon powdered pistachios
How to Make Snowball Dessert Recipe?
In a bowl, whisk the cream and granulated sugar with the help of a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
Add the coconut to the melted sugar mixture, gradually adding a consistency to cookie dough.
Take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture, add whole hazelnuts in the middle and roll them.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Before serving, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and rub it over the snowball dessert with a spoon.
Sprinkle powdered pistachios on them and serve.
