Pavlova Recipe
Materials
- 5 egg whites,
- 1 glass of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch,
- ¹ teaspoon of vanilla,
- 1 can of cream,
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
- As much fruit as you want.
Method;
-Whisk 5 egg whites at room temperature in a bowl until they become foamy.
-Extract 1 cup of granulated sugar from the food processor and pour it into the egg whites.
-Then beat it with a mixer for 10 minutes.
-Add vanilla and corn starch to the mixture and mix with a spatula.
-Pour the mixture into a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and shape it into a round shape.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 120 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
-While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. For the cream, whisk the cream and powdered sugar and let it cool.
-Spread the cream on the cake you take out from the oven and decorate with the fruits you want.
