-100 grams of milk chocolate (to cover it)
-1 tablespoon ground peanuts (for garnishing)
How to Make Orange Truffle Recipe?
Bring the cream to a boil on the stove.
Turn off the heat, add the chocolates, mix and melt.
It will become chocolate sauce.
In a separate bowl, crush the cakes by hand.
Add the walnuts. Grate the peels of an orange with the thin side of the grater.
Cut it in half and squeeze the juice.
Then add the chocolate sauce and knead well.
If it is too runny, a little more cake can be added, but don’t worry too much as it will enter the freezer.
Put the kneaded cake mixture into the freezer.
Leave for half an hour – 1 hour.
When you come out of the freezer, make balls of the size you want with your hand.
Keep the balls you made in the fridge.
Meanwhile, melt 100 grams of chocolate in a double boiler.
When slightly warmed, dip the balls you take out of the refrigerator into the chocolate with a fork and remove.
Add peanuts on it and put it in the fridge to freeze again.
