Ingredients for Truff with Mint and White Chocolate Recipe

  • 200 ml cream
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 480 g white chocolate flakes

To cover

  • Coconut powder
  • Powdered Pistachio
  • Walnut kernels (finely grated)

How To Make A Mint And White Chocolate Truff?

Put the cream in a pan and heat it until it reaches a boiling point. Add the mint by hand, and remove the pot from the heat.

After 10 minutes, strain the cream and remove the mint. Add the chocolate and mix until it melts. Refrigerate to cool.

After you take it from the refrigerator, beat it with a mixer for 30 seconds and cover it with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours again.

Take the truff mixture with the dessert spoon and roll it in your palm to make small balls.

Put the coconut powder, powdered pistachios and walnuts in separate bowls. Cover each ball with the powder of your choice. Serve after resting in the refrigerator.
