Semolina Dessert



-1 liter of milk
-1 cup semolina
-1 glass of sugar
-1 cup coconut
-1 packet of vanilla

To put between;
-Petibor biscuits with cocoa (about 12)


-Put the milk, sugar, semolina and coconut in a suitable saucepan and stir and cook until thick and boiling.
-Mix well by adding vanilla to the baked dessert.
-Leave the custard for 10 minutes.
-Cover the baton cake mold with stretch film.
-Pour the custard baton into the mold.
-Let’s put cocoa biscuits.
-Finally, cover the dessert with stretch film and allow to cool. After cooling, let stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
