-5 tablespoons semolina
-4 tablespoons starch
-1 glass of sugar
-1 packet of vanilla
For sauce;
-2 cups of tangerine juice
-Half of tea cup with sugar
-2 tablespoons of starch
Method;
Pass the biscuits through the robot. Mix with melted butter and pour into the clamped mold with greased paper on the base and press firmly. Refrigerate.
Mix the milk, sugar, starch and semolina in a saucepan and cook.
Add vanilla when taken from the stove.
Pour over the biscuits you received from the cupboard.
Mix and cook tangerine juice, sugar and starch in a separate pot.
Pour over the custard. Leave in the refrigerator for at least three hours. If you want, you can also make ready cherry juice with orange juice.
