Ingredients for Kunefe Recipe

How to Make Kunefe Recipe?

Boil on low heat, stirring the sherbet mixture that you put on the stove.

Add lemon juice to the syrup, which boils for about 20-25 minutes and has a consistency, and mix it, then remove it from the stove. Leave it aside to cool.

Put the shredded wheat on a large tray. Open wire wire with your hand and cut it into small pieces. After adding the butter that you have kept at room temperature, continue to open the strings of kadayıf and feed the butter into the kadayıf.

Divide the buttered kadayif mixture, which takes a golden yellow color, into two equal parts.

To cook kunefe; Mix the butter that you have kept at room temperature with molasses in a small bowl.

Grease the small round trays where you will perform the cooking process with some molasses butter.

Lay half of the butter kadayif mixture by pressing it on the base of the baking tray.

After draining the water, sprinkle the salt-free String cheese that you crumble with your hand on the kadayifs without leaving any gaps.

Cover the cheeses by pressing with the remaining buttered kadayif mixture. Spread the remaining molasses butter mixture on it.

Put the kunefe trays on the stove. Cook the kunefe on low heat by moving the tray over the stove.

Take the kunefe back to the stove by turning it over with the help of a large plate. Cook in the same way so that the other side is also fried.

After you pour cold sherbet over the pomegranate-like pomegranate you are about to take from the stove, remove it from the stove.
