Materials
- 2 cups whole milk
- Half a glass of cream or condensed milk
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 pinch of Saffron
- Half a tablespoon of cardamom
- 12-15 Almonds (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of pistachios (finely chopped)

Fabrication:
1. Place the milk in a large saucepan and add cream or condensed milk and milk powder. Adding these is to speed up the process. Otherwise, it will be necessary to boil the milk by mixing until it reduces the volume of milk to half. Stir well and bring to a boil.
2. When it starts to boil, add a pinch of saffron, 2 tablespoons of sugar and half a tablespoon of cardamom and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes.
3. After about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for your cooker to come to room temperature.
4. When it reaches room temperature, add almonds and pistachios and mix. You can separate some almonds and pistachios to use while serving. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze.
5. After freezing, take it out of the molds and serve with almonds and peanuts.
