These fresh, fruity ice pops are made from smoothies— just blend, pour into a mold, and freeze!
- 2 c. fresh summer fruit
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. milk
How To Make Fruit Pops?
In a blender, puree fruit with yogurt and milk, scraping down sides as necessary, until smooth.
Pour smoothie into an ice pop mold, then insert sticks and freeze. To make layered ice pops, pour 2 flavors simultaneously into each horizontal mold.
