Fake Cream Caramel


This dessert, prepared with only 6 ingredients, is unique to French cuisine. With its lightness and taste, it removes sweet cravings in a short time.

Ingredients for the Fake Cream Caramel Recipe

  • 1 liter of milk
  • ¹ glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 packs of vanilla

For caramel:

  • 1 glass of granulated sugar

How to Make Fake Cream Caramel?

For caramel, mix 1 cup granulated sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook until the color turns brown. Divide the caramel in ovenproof bowls as 1 tablespoon each.

Mix all the ingredients in a pot with a whisk and cook the custard, stirring constantly over medium heat. Just before taking it off the heat, add the vanilla and mix again.

Share the pudding you have prepared over the caramel in bowls. Then refrigerate for about 6-8 hours. Turn the desserts upside down on the serving plate and serve.
