  • 4 eggs (if the eggs are large, 3 will be enough)

  • 4 glasses of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • Vanilla Whipped cream (75 gr)
  • For the above:
  • 200 g milk chocolate

How to Make Eclair

First of all, we start by preparing the cream. All cream ingredients except vanilla and whipped cream are placed in a saucepan and cooked over medium heat, stirring constantly.

When the cream is on the eye, the stove is turned off. Add the vanilla and mix thoroughly and let the cream cool.

When the cream has cooled, add the whipped cream in powder form and whisk it well. The cream is put into the squeezing bag.

Let's prepare our dough now. Butter is put in a pot. The oil melts, but do not boil the oil.

When the oil melts, water, sugar and a pinch of salt are added. When it reaches the boiling point, flour is added and put on low heat.

The dough is gathered by constantly stirring it over low heat. The dough is roasted for 3-4 minutes and left to cool.
