Cyprus Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
For the cake:
-2 eggs
-2 teaspoons of sugar
-1.5 bars of milk
-1/2 oil
-2 cups of breadcrumbs
-1/2 cup coconut
-5 dried figs
-10 g of swelling powder
For sherbet:
-1 glass of sugar
-1.5 glasses of water
For its cream:
-4 cups of milk
-1 glass of flour
-1 glass of sugar
-1 teaspoon of oil
-20 g vanilla
How to Make a Cyprus Dessert?
1-Mix the sherbet in a pan with water and sugar and cook it on low heat for 10 minutes.
2-For the cake, whisk the eggs and sugar well,
3-Add milk, oil, breadcrumbs and other ingredients and mix well.
4-30-22 cm. grease a baking dish and pour the dough. Bake in oven at
5-160 degrees for 30 minutes. Then pour the syrup that has cooled down immediately.
6-Add the cream you prepared on top of it.
7-Your dessert is ready, by adding coconut to it, you can make it look both more delicious and beautiful.
8-After all operations, do not forget to refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
