Cream Caramel


-5 water glass milk
-1,5 water glass powdered sugar
-6 pcs egg
-1 teaspoonvanilla

For caramel:
-1/2 water glass powdered sugar
-1 meal spoon lemon juice

Transfer the milk to a deep saucepan. Add powdered sugar and mix and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add the eggs you mix one by one to the vanilla milk and then add them to the warm milk mixture by adding them gradually.
Stir the mixture well for 2 minutes on low heat and remove from the stove.
For dessert caramel;
Place the powdered sugar in a pan and melt over low heat until it melts and becomes caramel. Add lemon juice to powdered sugar, which becomes thickened and caramelized, and then remove from the stove.
Place the caramel on the base of the ovenware to cook the dessert. Filter the aqueous milky dessert mixture into a separate bowl by draining to obtain a smooth consistency.
Place the base of the milk mixture in the dessert bowls covered with caramel and then place it on the baking tray. Add enough cold water to the oven tray to half of the containers.
Cook the desserts in a pre-heated 160 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes. After you have cooled the caramel cream out of the oven by turning it out of the mold.
Share the desserts spread down over them with your loved ones with the addition of ice cream.
