Ingredients for Chocolate Hazelnut Muffin Recipe
- 1.5 cups of almond flour
- Cup of melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs whipped
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon of cloves
- ½ cup (100g) hazelnuts (extracted from rondo)
- 1 pack of stevia
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 40 g dark chocolate
How to Make Chocolate Hazelnut Muffins?
Set the oven to 175 degrees.
Mix almond flour, coconut oil, egg, nutmeg, clove, sweetener, salt and soda.
Spread out in muffin cups. Add dark chocolate chips and cook for 18-20 minutes.
