Materials;
-500 g carrots
-1 glass of granulated sugar
-5-6 plain petit beurre biscuits
-0.5 tea glass of hazelnut shard
Whipped cream:
-1 sachet of Whipped Cream
-1.5 teaspoons of chilled milk in the refrigerator
For the above:
-2 tablespoons of grated coconut
Mold:
Rectangular mold (20×25 cm)
Method;
Preparation of carrot mix;
Peel and grate the carrots and put them in a pan.
Add the powdered sugar and cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat until the water is absorbed.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Crush the biscuits with your hand and add to the cooled carrot with the nuts.
Mix and mold, press and spread with the back of the spoon.
Preparation and service of whipped cream;
Whisk the whipped cream with cold milk for 2-3 minutes and spread over the carrots.
Sprinkle coconut on it and let it sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Serve by slicing.
