- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 glasses of milk
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 4 slices of cocoa cake
- 150 ml cream

How To Make Caramel Cups?
Put the sugar in a thick-bottomed saucepan and let it sit over medium heat until it melts and darkens. Add milk on it and boil it over low heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool. Whisk the cream with the mixer until it is solid. Add flour and vanilla to the cooled milk and cook until it becomes a pudding. Divide half the mixture into the bottom of the cups. Add half the cream on it and place the diced cakes. Alternately, fill the remaining pudding and cream and leave to cool in the fridge. Garnish with blackberries, currant and mint leaves and serve.
