Ingredients for the Vanilla Cupcake Recipe


  • 140 g flour
  • 120 gr granulated sugar
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 70 ml milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla flavor

For vanilla frosting

  • 20 g butter
  • 70 g cream cheese
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla flavor

For the above

  • Vanilla frosting
  • Food coloring

How to Make a Vanilla Cupcake?

For vanilla frosting, put the butter and cream cheese in a bowl and beat them with a mixer. Add the vanilla. Continue whisking the sifted powdered sugar and add it. Color some of the frosting with food coloring. Fill the colored and white frosting into the same squeezing bag. Store in the refrigerator until you use it. Whisk the butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed. Add the egg and continue whisking. Add salt, flour, baking powder. Add the milk and vanilla flavor. Divide the dough into the cupcake tins. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes. After it cools down, decorate it with vanilla frosting and serve.
