Strawberry Vanilla Cupcake

Ingredients
- For Cupcake;
- 2 glasses of All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 Teaspoons of vanilla
- Half a glass of milk
- Half a glass of butter (at room temperature)
- 1 glass of sugar
- 2 Eggs (at room temperature)
- For Decoration Cream;
- 1 cup dried strawberry slices (powder)
- 1 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pink gel food coloring (optional)
How To Make Strawberry Vanilla Cupcake?
Pre-set your oven to 190 ° C and start heating.
Place cupcake papers on muffin tins.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Combine the vanilla and milk in a separate bowl.
Whisk the butter until soft.
Add sugar and continue whisking. Leave it when it gets a fluffy consistency.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
Combine mixes and pour into muffin molds.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
When the cupcakes cool down, we prepare our frosting cream.
For the decorating cream, beat the butter on medium setting until it reaches a creamy texture.
Add the icing sugar, strawberry powder, cream and vanilla. Continue whisking at the slow setting for 30 seconds first, then at the fast setting for 2 minutes.
If your taste is too sweet, you can add a pinch of salt.
You can add some food coloring if desired.
Garnish with cream on cupcakes and serve.
