-Half a glass of milk
-1 water glass measure of oil
-1 packet of baking powder
-2 cups flour
-1 glass of granulated sugar
-8 biscuits with cocoa cream
-12 biscuits with cocoa cream for cupcake bases
-Beat the eggs and powdered sugar until it turns into powder.
-Add milk and oil on it and mix. Add the flour and baking powder to it.
-When it is completely mixed, add the biscuits that you have broken by hand and cut into pieces, into the dough and mix.
-Place the cake papers in the tray. Place a biscuit on the paper and pour the cake mixture on it with a spoon.
-Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
-After the cakes have cooled, whisk the milk and cream whipped cream on it.
-You can put colorful candies or biscuits on whipped cream.
