Cotton Candy Cupcakes Recipe
- 150 grams of flour
- 150 grams of white chocolate
- 125 grams of butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
First of all, we start by melting our white chocolate and butter in a double boiler because they need to cool down.
What is the double boiler style? Bainmarie method is the process of cooking or melting the container containing foods (such as chocolate) that should not come into direct contact with heat by placing it in another container on the stove or in the oven.
I melted it using the steam of water.
This time, we start by mixing not eggs and sugar, but melted chocolate and sugar.
We mix flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla in another bowl.
Then we mix it with dry ingredients.
We distribute the mixture evenly on cupcake molds and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes.
We stick a toothpick in the middle of the cakes to understand that they are cooked.
If the toothpick comes out clean, our cakes are baked.
There are 12 cupcakes also from this recipe.
- 200 ml cream
- 1 package of powdered whipped cream
- Pink or light green food coloring
We whisk 200 ml cream with a mixer until it reaches the consistency.
Then we add the powdered whipped cream on it and whisk for 2-3 more minutes.
We add food coloring little by little, we do not forget to be cautious when adding food coloring, because food -colors can give different results depending on whether they are powder or liquid and their brands.
We add it gradually according to the result we want to achieve.
I preferred pink, there are also those who do the same decoration with blue cream, I suggest you not restrict yourself.
Anyway, you will have cupcakes as if straight out of a fairy tale.
We squeeze the cream we put in the squeezing bag on our cupcakes with any holder we want.
This time I’m opening a separate section for decoration because this is the cutest part of this recipe!
- Cotton candy
- Toothpick or skewer
I cut the garbage skewer in half and stick the garbage bottle without harming the cotton candy too much, and I tried to give it a tiny cotton candy look, I think it was quite successful.
If you want to reward yourself for making this wonderful recipe while decorating, you can use a few pieces of cotton candy.
And as a result, you will have unreal beauty cupcakes as if straight out of a storybook, you don’t need to put yourself in the grass because it’s not a dream.
I wish you to consume with joy, joy and pleasure at your parties and invitations.
