Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
- 50 g dark chocolate drops
- 2 eggs
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- ½ glass of oil
- Half a glass of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- ¹ teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 glass of flour
For the cream:
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 2 tablespoons unsalted cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of soft butter
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
How To Make A Chocolate Cupcake?
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Whisk the egg and powdered sugar thoroughly. Add oil, yogurt and melted chocolate and continue whisking. Add cocoa, baking powder and flour and mix. Divide into mini cupcake molds with a finger space left on them. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and after warming, take it out of the molds and put it on a serving plate.
For the cream, put the cocoa, cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until identical. Transfer to a cream bag and squeeze over cupcakes and serve.
