  • 220 gr granulated sugar
  • 1 glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 135 g flour
  • ¹ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of grated carrots
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts

For the cream

  • 200 gr labneh cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 300 gr powdered sugar

How to Make a Carrot Cupcake with Cheese Cream?

  1. Cupcakes are the best flavors of the pleasant moments you will spend with your loved ones. Mix the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer. Add the oil, cinnamon, vanilla, walnuts and grated carrot and mix. Sift the flour mixture and mix with a spatula. Place greaseproof paper in muffin cups and distribute the dough inside. Bake in the oven set at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Take it on the grill and let it cool.
  2. Whisk the labneh cheese and butter at room temperature with a mixer until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and whisk again. Spread the cream on the cold cakes. Decorate them and serve.
