Apple Cupcake

For the cake:

-2/3 Cups sugar
-125 g butter
-2 eggs
-1/2 Dessert Spoon vanilla
-1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
-3/4 Cup flour
-2 Teaspoons baking powder
-2 Tablespoons of milk

How to make the cake:

First, mix the sugar and butter until it becomes snow.
Then add the eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix the flour and baking powder thoroughly in a separate place and sift into the egg mixture, then add the milk and mix.
Divide it on 12 cake papers and bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 175 degrees.

For the apple grout:

-2 small apples
-55 g butter
-1/4 Cup brown sugar
-1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon


Peel the apples and cut into cubes, add the butter in a pan.
Add apple, cinnamon and sugar over the melted butter and cook.

For the cream;

-1 pack of labneh
-2 Cups of powdered sugar
-1 Teaspoon vanilla


Whisk the labneh in the mixer and soften, then add the sugar and vanilla and mix well.

After the cakes are cooked and cooled, make a small hole in the middle and fill the cooled apple mixture.
Then, squeeze the hardened cream that you keep in the refrigerator on the apple mixture with a squeezing bag.
If you wish, decorate with caramel sauce and serve.
