Volcano Cookie Recipe
For the Cookie Dough:
-125 grams of butter
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1/2 cup of starch
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 pack of vanillin
-2.5 – 3 glasses of water
For the above:
-80 gram hazelnut cream with cocoa
-2 tablespoons powdered pistachios

In a deep mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cookie dough, except the flour.
