Roll Cookie Recipe

-3 cups flour
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 pack of vanillin
-1 cup of powdered sugar
-180 grams of margarine (at room temperature)
-1/3 cup cornstarch
-1/3 glass of milk
-2 soup spoons of cocoa
How to Make a Roll Cookie Recipe?
Sift the flour into a large bowl, mix the margarine with the flour well.
Add the icing sugar, vanillin, baking powder, cornstarch, milk and egg and knead.
After the dough is mixed evenly, divide it into two equal parts evenly.
Add the sifted cocoa in a portion and keep kneading until the cocoa is well mixed.
Thin two different dough between two wax papers with the help of a roller.
Put both dough pieces on top of each other so that the cocoa part is on top.
Roll it by twisting it in at the beginning.
Leave the prepared roll in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Set the oven to 165 degrees.
Cut the cookie dough resting in the fridge with a knife and portion it.
Arrange the portioned cookies on an oiled paper lined baking tray.
Cook for 10 minutes. That’s it.
