How to Make Cinnamon Love Cookies?
Put the eggs, granulated sugar, honey and butter in a bowl and whisk them with a mixer until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add all the ingredients except flour. Add flour and knead until you get a dough that does not stick to your hands.
Wrap the dough you have obtained in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. On the counter where you sprinkle flour, roll out your dough in 2 cm thickness with the help of a rolling pin. Take out pieces with heart-shaped cookie molds and arrange them on an oiled paper lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
