The main ingredients of the recipe are actually quark and labneh. When these two foods, both of which contain high protein, come together, they put their signature under a soft and delicious taste. Moreover, this cheesecake does not contain oil, no flour! There is also no cooking time. Ready in just 20 minutes. The hardest part of the job is to wait for it to cool down in the cupboard.
Ingredients for Sugar Free Cheesecake Recipe
For the base:
- 2 tea glasses of almonds
- 1 cup of hazelnuts
- 10 walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of oat bran
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1/2 tea glass milk
- 8 pieces (soaked in water and seeds removed)
For the above:
- 1 packet cheese
- 2 cups quark
- 1 cup honey
- 1.5 cups of coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
How to Make Sugar Free Cheesecake Recipe?
Transfer raw almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts into a rondon. Stir it occasionally until it becomes a powder.
