But without them, life is a little bit tasteless and salt free, let’s face it. Let’s make this work more enjoyable. Instead of avoiding dessert completely because we will lose weight, let’s prepare a delicious dessert that will satisfy the taste of our mouth and will not make our conscience. Here is our sugar free cheesecake recipe!

The main ingredients of the recipe are actually quark and labneh. When these two foods, both of which contain high protein, come together, they put their signature under a soft and delicious taste. Moreover, this cheesecake does not contain oil, no flour! There is also no cooking time. Ready in just 20 minutes. The hardest part of the job is to wait for it to cool down in the cupboard.

Ingredients for Sugar Free Cheesecake Recipe

For the base:

  • 2 tea glasses of almonds
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of oat bran
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 tea glass milk
  • 8 pieces (soaked in water and seeds removed)

For the above:

  • 1 packet cheese
  • 2 cups quark
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1.5 cups of coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

How to Make Sugar Free Cheesecake Recipe?

Transfer raw almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts into a rondon. Stir it occasionally until it becomes a powder.

Then add the other ingredients on it, stirring it occasionally, and pass it through the rondo well until it becomes a thick base.

Spread this base you prepared on the base of a 24 cm clamp mold and press it.

Take the quark, labne cheese, honey, vanilla extract and coconut into a bowl and whisk it well.

Transfer it over the base. Wrap the mold with cling film. Let it rest for 1 night in the refrigerator. Then remove it from the mold and slice it to serve.
