Oreo Cheesecake



-24 finely ground Oreo biscuits.
-5 tablespoons of melted butter
-4 cups labneh cheese approximately 900 g
-1 – 3/4 cup powdered sugar
-2 cups small crushed dark chocolate
-24-28 coarsely crushed oreo biscuits
-200 gr liquid cream


First, mix the oreo biscuit crumbs with 5 spoons of melted butter and lay it on the base of your cake mold.
In a bowl, whisk the labneh cheese until it gets a creamy consistency.
Then add the powdered sugar and whisk until it is well mixed and has a smooth consistency.
Then add the whipped cream, chocolate crumbs and coarsely crushed oreo biscuits to this mixture and mix with the help of a spatula.
Pour the mixture prepared with Oreo Cheesecake Recipe into the cake mold where you spread the base biscuits and flatten the top.
The Oreo Cheesecake you have prepared will stand in the freezer for at least two hours (4 hours for the appropriate application).
When you take it from the freezer for serving, leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes to decorate.
You can then decorate it as you wish and serve it by pouring chocolate sauce on the slice you cut.
