  • 150 grams of butter
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack of vanillin

How to Make Lemon Lavender Madlen Recipe?

To make lavender butter, melt the butter in a saucepan, cover the heat and add the lavender.

Cover and brew for 15-20 minutes at most.

Filter the butter with a fine strainer and crush the lavender with a spoon and take the butter they absorb. At this stage, you should have 120 grams of flavored butter on hand.

If it’s less, you can melt the butter and add it.

Mix all the dry ingredients except sugar and the lemon zest.

Add sugar to the room temperature eggs and beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes until they rise and lighten color. Slowly add the butter without stopping the mixer.

Stop the mixer, add the dry ingredients and mix using a spatula, being careful not to put out the eggs. Cover it with stretch and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the madlen molds with a brush and divide the mixture into a tablespoon.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. You can serve it by sprinkling powdered sugar if you want.
