For the dough:
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¹ egg
- 1 cup flour

- 1.5 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 3 cups of plain yogurt (glasses must be full)
- 1.5 teaspoons of oil
- 1 package vanilla powder pudding
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

How to Make Yogurt Cake Recipe?
Start by preparing the dough. Transfer the butter into a bowl and whisk. Then add the egg and powdered sugar and keep whisking until it gets a creamy consistency.
Then, add flour and collect the dough by hand until it gets a homogeneous consistency.
Wrap the dough in cling film and rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Start preparing the filling. Break the eggs and whisk them together with the sugar. Then add the oil, vanilla and powdered pudding and continue whisking.
