What are the Tips for Making a Wet Cake?

If you want to make a thick moist cake, first make sure that the ingredients are at room temperature. In this way, it will be easier for you to keep the consistency of the cake.
It is also very important that the cake mold you will use during cooking is in medium size. Small molds cause the sauce not to be absorbed, and large molds cause the cake to be too thin.
Hot chocolate sauce should be poured over 10 minutes after the cake is taken out of the oven. The hotter the cake and the sauce will make the fluidity more intense.
You can make small holes in the cake with the knife to soak the whole cake. When you pour the sauce into the holes, you can ensure that the inside is absorbed.
After preparing your cake, you should rest it for half an hour to an hour.
