- 1/2 cup oil

- One teaspoon of mahlep
- ¹ teaspoon of thyme
- 5 walnuts
- ¹ tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tea glass of cheddar cheese
- 1 tea glass of cheese (diced)
