-4 eggs (at room temperature)
-1.5 cup powdered sugar
-2 cups and 1 extra heaping tablespoon of flour
-1 tea cup of milk
-1 teacup of oil
-One packet of baking powder
-One pack of vanillin with sugar
For the sauce
-1,5 tea glasses of sugar
-2 tablespoons of cocoa
-2 cups of milk
-50 – 55 grams of dark chocolate (although not optional)
-Enough coconut (1 cup)
Beat the sugar and egg with whisk or mixer for 5 minutes.
Add oil, milk, vanilla sugar and baking powder and mix well.
Add the flour and mix well and pour into large rectangular pipe,
Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool
For the sauce, milk, granulated sugar and cocoa are mixed and taken to the furnace.
The cake is cut to equal 15 square pieces, then 30 pieces to be triangular,
Triangle cakes, just the edge of the chocolate sauce, find it, then the portions of chocolate sauce, coconut nut and serve on the plate, served.
